Every AURA timepiece is crafted using premium 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass, and genuine Italian leather or custom-engineered metal link bands.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Are AURA watches water-resistant?

Yes, all our watches have a water resistance rating of at least 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday use and light swimming. We do not recommend them for deep-sea diving.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Every AURA watch is backed by a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

How do I adjust the size of my watch band?

Mesh and leather bands are easily adjustable at home. For link bracelets, we include a complimentary sizing tool with your order, or you can visit any local jeweler for a professional fitting.
